Biography
Edward Mills, PhD, is a Founding Partner of Global Evaluative Sciences. In addition, he is Visiting Associate Professor at Stanford University and Adjunct Professor at the National University of Rwanda. He has worked in Africa for more than 10 years conducting cohort evaluations and randomized trials, and building capacity in epidemiology and evaluation. In 2013, he established Global Evaluative Sciences, a statistical methods group designed to evaluate the role of international investments in healthcare and economics.
