Biography
Erin Palmisano is a Research Manager. Erin started working at IHME in 2012 and has since taken on various roles and responsibilities, including previously working as a Data Analyst and as a Project Officer. In her current role, Erin is responsible for providing strategic management for various evaluation and primary data collection projects. Erin coordinates research for the evaluation of the Salud Mesoamérica Initiative, the US Counties Women’s Life Expectancy and County Health Status Study, and a new verbal autopsy study to assess and improve the quality of childhood mortality statistics in the state of Yucatan, Mexico.
Originally from Ohio, Erin received her dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Miami University.
