IHME’s new report, Financing Global Health 2015: Development assistance steady on the path to new Global Goals, will be launched at an event hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. IHME Director Christopher Murray and Assistant Professor Joseph Dieleman will open the session by presenting findings from IHME’s latest report and two new articles in The Lancet. They will discuss how donor funding has changed and explore what the future might hold, particularly in terms of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals.

Following the presentation, a roundtable discussion will further explore aggregate trend lines in global health financing and the prospects of leveraging higher financial commitments from private and multilateral sources. The roundtable will feature Dr. Christopher Murray; Dr. Jennifer Kates, Director, Global Health and HIV Policy at The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation; and Dr. Jeffrey Sturchio, President & CEO of Rabin Martin. J. Stephen Morrison, Senior Vice President and Director of the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, will moderate.
