This report presents results from a process evaluation of the introduction of pneumococcal vaccine (PCV) in Mozambique, Uganda, and Zambia, including a comparative analysis across the three countries. Findings reflect the process of introducing PCV up to December 1, 2013, and are predominantly based on qualitative data collected from document review, participant observation, and key informant interviews.
