GBD Review Meeting, January 22-26, 2018: Review of population, fertility, all-cause mortality, HIV, and diseases, injuries, and impairments

Thank you for participating in the GBD 2017 Review Sessions. Please find the recordings by session in the agenda below.

  • Accessing the live webcast and/or recordings: You will have the option to view the live webcast or to watch the recorded sessions at your convenience on this page.

  • Sharing questions/comments: If you choose to participate in real time, you will be able to ask questions using the chat functionality in the webcast software. We will moderate questions, taking into account time constraints and the number of questions. If your questions are not answered or you have additional comments, you may submit them via this web-based form.

  • Review materials: For each topic area, methodological flowcharts will be available on the cloud site here with the password “GBDcollab2017”.

  • Technical issues: Please be aware that internet speed may affect the quality of the video and audio. If the webcast feed cuts out completely, please wait a minute or two for the feed to automatically reconnect and try refreshing your page. This can happen due to internet connectivity issues. If you experience prolonged technical issues, please email [email protected].

  • Password issues: If you experience difficulties logging into the password-protected sites mentioned in this message, clear your cache in your web browser, and try again. In many web browsers, this is located in your web browser’s settings menu, under “clear browsing data.” If that does not resolve the issue, please email [email protected].

  • We will share preliminary results via visualization tools mid-way through the review weeks so you may explore them at your convenience. You will receive an email notifying you when preliminary results are ready. later next week so you may explore them at your convenience. Please note that the meeting schedule does not allow for detailed review of estimates for each country.
