Biography

Sam was a member of the Health Service Delivery Constraints and Monitoring Costs research teams. While at IHME, he earned his Master of Public Health at the University of Washington.

After IHME, Sam moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, to pursue a PhD in health policy at the University of North Carolina.
